Directions

From 440 beltline, take the Six Forks Road North exit.  Go past North Hills, Millbrook Road, and Lynn Road.  Go through the first stop light, Wind Chime Court will be the second road on the right after the light.  Turn right onto Wind Chime Court, take the third road to the right into Jamestown Square II.  Go to the row of office condos on the left.  Fountain of Youth is located on the first floor at 154 Wind Chime Court.

From 540 beltline, take the Six Forks Road South exit.  Go through five (5) lights.  Proceed up a hill and pass Eye Care Associates on the left.  Wind Chime Court is the next road to the left.  Turn left onto Wind Chime Court, take the third road to the right into Jamestown Square II.  Go to the row of office condos on the left.  Fountain of Youth is located on the first floor at 154 Wind Chime Court.

Gratuities

As in most salons, gratuities/tipping are optional.  However, in appreciation and acknowledgement for outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your discretion.  A guideline of 15-20% of total service cost is deemed the “normal range”, preferably in cash.

Appointments
Arrival and Cancellation Times

We suggest that you arrive at least ten minutes before your appointment.  This ensures an appropriate amount of time for your services.  If you arrive late, your service may need be shortened to accommodate the next scheduled client.  Please schedule your next appointment at the time of your departure to ensure a preferred time. 

We reserve valuable time for your appointment and request the courtesy of at least a 24-hour notification for canceling or rescheduling appointments.  If you do not show up for a scheduled appointment and do not cancel or reschedule, we will require a credit card to confirm another appointment.  Fifty percent of the service fee will be charged to your credit card if you do not show for your next appointment.
